Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Lead complex Prime weapons system development programs
Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact
Accountable for the cost schedule and technical performance requirements of the portfolio through all phases
Develop manage track and report financial forecasts
Provide executivelevel briefings to key internal and external stakeholders
Direct the preparation of proposals business plans proposal work statements and specifications operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts
Crossfunctional coordination with matrixed leadership to accomplish business objectives
Ensure that all resources such as engineering manpower production and facilities are available to support the program
Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical manufacturing and administrative areas
Develop and execute business roadmaps and strategies to grow the portfolio
Define program parameters and/or guide internal research and development efforts
Work with customers to determine needs requirements and new business opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction maintaining customer communication and providing overall management of the customer relationship
Qualifications:
Current/Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Previously led complex prime weapons system development programs with a contract value larger than $100M
Ability to foster strong customer relationships
Practitioner of Earned Value Management
Additional Qualifications for Fort Wayne Programs:
Led complex prime weapons system development programs with a contract value larger than $200M
Demonstrated experience in satellite development integration test and onorbit support
Ability to lead multigeographical teams and large percent supply base
Preferred Additional Skills:
Prior Space experience would be a plus
Experience with Department of Defense Intelligence Community and/or Overhead Persistent Infrared missions
Satellite constellation management
Familiarity with FAR and OT contracting
