Job Description
Come join our team at the beautiful Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel! If you have administrative experience thrive in a fastpaced environment and are flexible and detailoriented this role is for you. The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be providing dual support to both the Restaurant and Culinary teams with administrative duties including but not limited to: entering schedules and schedule changes in labor management system answering phones printing and distributing Banquet Event Orders assisting with departmental projects.
Typical schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am5:00pm
Hourly Rate:$25.00 $27.45
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- At least 1year previous administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Spanish speaking strongly preferred
- Food and Beverage and/or hotel experience a plus
