ROLE:
AudioCityUSA is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound leads and generate pipeline for our sales team. We are looking for an individual who is highly competitive driven and motivated to grow quickly in their sales career.
As our first fulltime SDR you will play a key role in shaping the processes for this new position and contribute significantly to our mission of relentlessly setting and raising the standards in the aftermarket wheels and tires industry.
The ideal candidate values fast learning growth and career advancement. Success in this role requires genuine enjoyment of hard challenges and an internal drive to exceed monthly sales quotas. Adaptability to the fastpaced changes of a growing company is essential.
HOURS:
- 9 am 5 pm PT
- This role requires the SDR to work out of our Santa Fe Springs CA office 5 days a week.
SALARY:
- Starting base salary of $40k plus uncapped commission
- First year earnings range from $50k $65k
GROWTH TRAJECTORY:
- Senior SDR: Eligible for promotion after 6 months as Junior SDR
- SDR Lead: Eligible for promotion after 6 months as Senior SDR
- Sales Rep: Eligible for promotion after 8 months as SDR lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with and qualify a high volume of inbound leads via phone and email
- Reengage and qualify lost/abandoned opportunities
- Generate qualified opportunities for Sales Reps
- Maintain clean lead and deal pipelines ensuring no lead goes unworked and no deal goes stale
- Religiously document both lead and deal progress in Hubspot
- Regularly follow up with Sales Reps on deal progress
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas by hitting call email and qualified opportunity targets
- Regularly provide constructive feedback to manager on the effectiveness challenges and progress of the SDR role
- Continually develop knowledge of our ideal customer
- Continually develop knowledge of wheels tires fitment and our financing programs
- Develop sales and leadership skills for the next role

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of experience within HubSpot or similar CRM
- Familiarity with Slack
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
