Job Description:
As a Customer Supply Representative you will manage the daytoday order fulfillment process for your assigned customers. You will ensure accuracy timeliness and excellent service through proactive communication system management and collaboration with internal teams.
What are we looking for
Minimum
- 1 years of experience in order fulfillment supply chain or customer logistics
- 1 year experience working with Uber Freight TMS system
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and EDI tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward issue resolutio
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build crossfunctional relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Outlook
Preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Proficient in SAP
- Experience utilizing PowerPoint
What will be your key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders in SAP including manual entries troubleshooting errors and resolving fulfillment issues such as EDI errors substitutions and shortages.
- Track and report daily service metrics (e.g. OTIF Casefill) respond to customer scorecards and contribute to bracket compliance strategy and allocation management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers serving as a key point of contact and supporting clear timely communication.
- Collaborate with Sales Finance Logistics Demand and Supply to ensure service execution pricing accuracy deduction validation and smooth handoffs across functions.
- Participate in S&OE meetings to stay aligned on inventory product availability and service risks.
- Own and update customer setup details manage portal usage and lead new account transitions or updates.
- Support service and quality escalations across internal teams maintain desk guides for continuity and meet biweekly with your manager to review performance and development.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location jobrelated knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements if eligible including variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employees work schedule (i.e. parttime schedule store associate).
