In this role you will:
Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems such as production and inventory control systems financial tracking systems marketing and human resources systems.
Develop and lead complex projects managing comprehensive plans to achieve objectives
Apply operational and technical expertise to support business analysis user acceptance testing and service quality enhancement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline system usage and management focusing on data automation and system integration
Collaborate with project managers to assess the impact of requirement changes on project scope and timelines
Use specific techniques to gather analyze and validate stakeholder requirements ensuring consensus and alignment
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems developing new options guided by policies in nonstandard situations
Operate independently in ambiguous situations using knowledge and experience to achieve desired results through selfinitiated assignments
Indirectly review work through consultation and agreement and potentially review the work of others within the Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system integration to enhance overall efficiency
BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
Demonstrated experience with driving change across multiple organizations while exhibiting regulatory knowledge and awareness technical competence sound judgment and a professional demeanor
Robust knowledge and experience in project management data analysis business analysis and information integration
Strong ability to engage crossfunctional teams to deliver on time and within budget
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Strong verbal written communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in ecommerce tools computer systems and business workflows
Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience working with applications in Marketing Medical Clinical Pricing/Market Access or realworld data
Handson Service Delivery Program Delivery and Operations experience desirable
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis
