Job Description
Delmar Gardens of Overland Park Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation has an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in building maintenance general repairs and knowledge in HVAC electrical and plumbing. These highly respected professional candidates must have exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance in regulations inspections and tests. Fire safety experience and/or HVAC certification a plus. Skilled nursing or healthcare background preferred.
