Job Description
About the Role: In this role youll be assigned to one or more facilities within your local community allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. You will have the opportunity to conduct inperson assessments provide individual family and group therapy and offer essential behavioral management services.

Thats why we provide APAaccredited CEUs and weekly consultation opportunities with our Chief Clinical Officer who is BoardCertified in Geropsychology. For psychologists pursuing board certification these hours can help meet your consultation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidencebased psychological services including screening assessment and treatment planning
- Manage psychotherapy intakes and treatment plans
- Provide individual family and group therapy as well as behavioral management services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at assigned LTC facilities
- Maintain session documentation using the Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT)
- Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice In Texas independently as a Psychologist
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to facilities in Haslet Keller and Saginaw
- Excellent organizational verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Commitment to maintaining professional relationships with patients and facility partners
