As a Vitality Living Certified Medication Aide you will impact lives as you:
- Assist in maintaining the physical social and psychological environment that supports the best interest and welfare of the residents
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing personnel tasks with the understanding that the responsibilities are not routine or limited to resident care matters. Maintains a clean safe environment in the community
- Maintain residents daily records promptly while following company policy and procedure. This includes documentation related to medication distribution leisure activities incidents and observations. Responsible for charting all changes in residents physical condition and/or behaviors visitors etc.
- Complete an accurate accounting of all medications including controlled substances as per policy
- Assist with completion of medication cart audits per policy and direction of leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED
- Current Medication Technician and CPR/First Aid certifications from a stateapproved program
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
