Qualifications
The Sr. Manager Data Strategy and Operations will lead Rheems data initiatives and be responsible for developing and executing data strategies managing data operations and ensuring the effective use of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management analytics and team leadership.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division located in Roswell GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with Rheems business goals and objectives.
- Enable data from all sources ensuring faster ingestion and processing.
- Facilitate selfservice data access enhance data understanding enable team collaboration and increase productivity.
- Maintain high data accuracy completeness and consistency rates.
- Oversee data security and access management enforce governance implement data privacy regulations and ensure data policy enforcement.
- Ensure robust data delivery and availability enhance the robustness of data operations and manage the number of data breaches/incidents.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality security and compliance.
- Oversee daily data operations including data collection storage processing and analysis.
- Evaluate and implement data tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data initiatives and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance data management practices
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Lead the recruitment development and retention of a highperforming data team.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing finance and product development to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in data management analytics or a related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- An innovative solutionfirst spirit and an ability to think creatively.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- High technical aptitude
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g. SQL Python data visualization tools).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Able to work with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product managers engineers business teams) and external subject matter experts
- Passionate about building and owning innovative customer facing services/products.
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
