Senior Master Data Service Coordinator
Purpose of role Accountability
- Responsible for creating maintaining and managing material master data within the SAP system to support the Topsoes supply chain production procurement and inventory management process.
- Responsible for creating maintaining BOMs recipes and routings in SAP to support production planning and production requirements as well as ensuring correct standard cost.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining inspection plans in SAP ensuring the required quality control on raw materials in the manufacturing processes and on the finished products.
- This role ensures the accuracy consistency and integrity of material data which is critical for seamless business operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Tasks and deliveries
- Create update and maintain material master records in SAP ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and resolve inconsistencies duplicates and errors in material master data
- Work closely with production and supply chain to gather and validate material data requirements.
- Ensure material master data complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve material master data processes for data governance and quality control.
- Analyse data trends and provide recommendations to optimize material management.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments ensuring alignment and effective communication regarding material data.
Required competencies and experiences
- SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Material Master Data Management and related modules (e.g. MM PP SD WM QM).
- BOM Recipe and Routing Knowledge: Strong understanding of BOMs recipes routings and inspection plans in SAP.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- ProblemSolving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve data issues and improve processes.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/Finance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Candidate should have minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
