Job Description
Your mission
Checkmk is developing a cloudbased version of our industryleading monitoring solution. Our SaaS team is creating a comprehensive platform that delivers Checkmks most powerful capabilities as a fullymanaged service. Were seeking talented professionals to join our team who are passionate about advancing cloudbased infrastructure monitoring and contributing to the growth of our SaaS offering:
- You architect design develop test operate and support our new cloudnative platform
- You ensure application performance uptime and scale maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
- You improve our monitoring and support concept
- You are part of a crossfunctional team of senior software operations and security engineers
Your profile
- 3 years of experience architecturing designing developing and implementing solutions on a major cloud platform (AWS GCP and/or Azure)
- Deep understanding of Linux containers and Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud infrastructuring including networking monitoring VPCs VPNs DNS storage backup
- Experience with infrastructure automation and config management tools (e.g. Terraform)
- Open to oncall duties
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical technical and problemsolving skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience with Helm and Go is nice to have
