Job Description
As a Door to Door representative at Sparks youll play a key role in connecting consumers with a toptier brand. Your mission is to engage customers deliver key messages and create unforgettable experiencesall while driving leads for the sales team.
What Youll Do
- Conduct doortodoor outreach in target neighborhoods.
- Engage homeowners in knowledgeable conversations and book appointments on the spot.
- Report project results promptly through our tracking system.
- Share success stories key insights and feedback with Head Office.
- Create a memorable consumer experience that boosts sales brand loyalty and awareness.
- Educate potential customers.
- Accurately track interactions and leads using the provided tools or forms.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training refreshers.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales/lead generation 12 years in similar roles is preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Personality: Outgoing persuasive confident a natural relationshipbuilder and selfmotivated
- Physical Ability: comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and 24/7 access to a PC with internet/email
- Logistics: Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various neighborhood settings
- Work Ethic: Motivated detailoriented and committed to business integrity
Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (drivers abstract required).
- Due to insurance stipulations the applicant must be a minimum of 25 Years old.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
