Key Responsibilities
System Setup
Build and connect lead forms to email and calendar tools
Set up automated followup sequences using visual logic builders
Assign tags based on lead actions (e.g. booked didnt book canceled)
CRM and Workflow Management
Organize contacts into segments for proper automation routing
Maintain campaign flow visibility so nothing falls through the cracks
Replicate workflows for other offers services or funnels
Test and amp; Troubleshoot
Simulate the full lead journey to identify automation gaps
Fix timing errors missed tags or skipped sequences
Adjust trigger logic for smoother flow performance
A Typical Day Might Include
Logging into your training portal to complete your next challenge task

Tagging leads to ensure proper routing into the correct followup system
Testing workflows from start to finish using test data
