Role Overview
As a Marketing Workflow Support Assistant your job is to set up backend marketing systems that keep digital businesses running smoothly. What Youll Do

Tag leads and segment them inside a CRM depending on their actions
Automation Flow Management

Keep contact records and workflow paths clean and functional
Duplicate successful systems for new campaigns or use cases
Testing and amp; Troubleshooting
Simulate a leads full journey to verify automation accuracy
Adjust message delays triggers and tags as needed
Troubleshoot skipped steps or incorrect routing
