Job Description

Job Title: Croatian Support Center Agent
Location: Greece Hybrid Options Available
Department: Customer Support / Support Center
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role:

We are looking for a Croatianspeaking Support Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this role you will provide highquality support to our Croatianspeaking customers resolving their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model allowing you to split your time between our Athens office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Croatian and English.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries technical issues order management and accountrelated questions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear accurate and empathetic responses.

  • Accurately document and track customer interactions in the company CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. technical support billing) to resolve more complex issues.

  • Continuously improve customer service processes by sharing feedback and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer support call center or a similar role is a plus.

  • Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.

  • Eligible to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk Freshdesk or Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Greek Italian Spanish) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or product support.
