We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Croatianspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Greece. Whether working from our modern office or remotely in a hybrid model you will provide exceptional service to our Croatianspeaking customers helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Croatian and English.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products services and orders.
Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products policies and procedures.
Record all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance customer experience.
Fluent in Croatian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in customer support call center or a similar role is preferred.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
Eligible to work in Greece.
Experience with customer support tools (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce Freshdesk).
Techsavvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
