Job Description

Job Title: Croatian Customer Support Specialist
Location: Greece (Onsite & Hybrid Options Available)
Department: Customer Support
Employment Type: Fulltime

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Croatianspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Greece. Whether working from our modern office or remotely in a hybrid model you will provide exceptional service to our Croatianspeaking customers helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Croatian and English.

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products services and orders.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products policies and procedures.

  • Record all interactions accurately in CRM systems.

  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer support call center or a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.

  • Eligible to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer support tools (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce Freshdesk).

  • Techsavvy and able to learn new systems quickly.

  • Positive attitude and a strong team player.
