Position: Physician Otolaryngology
Location: St. Joseph MO
Shift: Full Time Days
Annual Pay: $500000 base salary 2year guarantee) with potential based on RVU production
Starting Bonus: $50000
Student Loan Assistant: Up to $200000 in student loan assistance (based on residence)
Relocation Package: $15000 relocation assistance
Job Overview:
A physicianled multispecialty healthcare team in St. Joseph MO is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a group of highly trained and collaborative physicians. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a rewarding engaging and challenging career in a supportive clinical environment.
The current team includes two physicians and one advanced practice provider offering a collegial atmosphere known for clinical excellence and a strong commitment to worklife balance. The practice focuses on general ENT services including care for pediatric and adult patients with conditions related to the sinuses nose thyroid ears hearing loss and breathing difficulties.

- Top tier 500k starting base salary 2year guarantee with opportunity to earn based on RVU production

- 1:3 call coverage equally rotated

- Outreach clinic coverage in Maryville and Albany Mosaic locations
