Remote Customer Care with a Luxury Car Corporation (Dutch Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1500 per month gross with bonuses

We are looking for Dutchspeaking individuals to be the primary point of contact for customer requests ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. As part of this role you will be helping customers with their needs offering expert advice and resolving any inquiries related to cars buses and trucks.

Your responsibilities:

Be the goto person for customer requests representing a renowned car brand.

Use phone calls emails and chats to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Respond to inquiries about products and services offering expert advice on carrelated matters.

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care ensuring timely solutions.

Strive to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.

What you will bring:

Fluency in Dutch.

Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken.

A genuine passion for cars is a plus.

At least 6 months of work experience in customer support or customer care is preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

A proactive problemsolving attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Techsavviness and the ability to learn quickly.

A positive enthusiastic attitude.
