Your daily role:

Be the main point of contact for customers representing an iconic luxury automotive brand

Handle inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring smooth and professional interactions

Provide accurate timely assistance for a range of carrelated topics and services

Deliver outstanding roadside support and turn challenges into positive experiences

Collaborate with your colleagues and share ideas in a dynamic environment

What you bring:

Fluency in Danish and strong command of English

A passion for the automotive world

Previous customer service experience 6 months or more preferred)
