Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a wellcrafted brew is an experience in itself. However its an experience best shared with friends both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region whether theyre at home in their favorite bar or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
What youll be doing:
*This position is summer only from May to September at our Canalside location at 44 Prime Street Buffalo NY 14202. The hours of operation begin with weekends and will transition to fulltime hours in lateMay. Opportunity may be available to transfer to our Chicago Street Brewery location once the season ends.
*Evening and weekend availability is a must.
Prepping and making food! Adding value to our backofhouse operations by promoting a teamfocused atmosphere a clean & supportive work environment and efficiency!
Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision possess a cando personality selfmotivation customerfocused attitude flexibility and be willing to learn. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service the ultimate guest experience!
What youll need:
- Food handling experience required prep and cooking
- Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
- A friendly personable attitude
- A helpful supportive attentive demeanor
- Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
- Availability to meet our needs during our hours of operation; flexible
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ServSafe certification a plus
Why Buffalo
RBC is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors Buffalo NY. Were a young brewery established in 2013 and on the heels of the resurgence of the city (see what we did there). Many are flocking to the region for our good eats affordable living friendly atmosphere craft brew scene new opportunities and of course experiencing all four seasons! Were a big city but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation and we value hard work. Were diehard sports fans perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes and rich in history architecture and the arts.
