Position Title: Master Machine Operator Palletizing

About the Job
Operate and maintain palletizing systems including setup troubleshooting and basic maintenance of robotic and conveyor equipment while ensuring product flow safety quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Youll operate and maintain robotic palletizing equipment manage product flow and perform routine maintenance. Youll assist with troubleshooting create pallet patterns and use a forklift to transport pallets. You will ensure quality standards maintaining a clean and safe workspace while supporting team coordination. Youll also take on additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Strong manual dexterity and mental acuity
- Good physical condition; able to perform tasks with moderate physical effort
- Valid forklift drivers license
- Effective leadership communication and decisionmaking skills
- Ownership of required tools (as specified by Supervision)
- Willingness to participate in continuing education programs
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to safety and care in handling equipment
Skills:
- Robotic system operation and basic troubleshooting
- Manual and computerbased machine inputs
- Conveyor and labeling system operation
- Preventative maintenance and equipment care
- Team coordination and communication
- Safe chemical and equipment handling
