Created in 1993 LAHSA is a joint powers authority of the city and county of Los Angeles. As the lead agency in the HUDfunded Los Angeles Continuum of Care (CoC) we coordinate and manage over $800 million annually in federal state county and city funds for programs providing shelter housing and services to people experiencing homelessness.

Under the supervision of the Training and Data Integrity Manager the Sr. Trainer HMIS serves as a team leader for the design development delivery and continuous improvement of training in functional areas of data management. The Sr. Trainer HMIS will prepare and conduct training for our Los Angeles CoC HMIS participating organizations and end users. This position will also support the development of the HMIS onboarding process and maintain a highquality customer support experience for its HMIS end users. The Sr. Trainer HMIS will provide ticketing support to our end users by researching and answering questions troubleshooting problems and explaining training material.

License Requirement
  • A valid California Class C drivers license is required at the time of hire. Employees must have a good driving record for a minimum of three (3) years.

Schedule
  • The Chief Executive Officeror designee may change the schedule of positions between hybrid and onsite as necessary to accomplish LAHSAs business needs.
