LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Logistics SupervisorPosition Overview:
The Logistics Supervisor ASP plans organizes and leads day to day activities for the Theater Ammunition Supply Point (TASP) at the National Training Center Fort Irwin California; is responsible for directing logistics activities in the area of ammunition support services by performing a broad array of assignments relating to the procurement of receipts inventory/accountability initial issues turnins ammunition residue storage inspections surveillances maintenance of heavy equipment property management transportation activities technical documentation and other duties associated DOD Class V operations.
Assists the department supervisor in accomplishing the short and longterm goals for the department/function areas. Responsible for implementing training requirements and monitoring employee performance. Establishes production standards monitors compliance and recommends operational improvements. Maintains employee compliance with safety policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
