Bachelors degree
5 years of experience managing demand generation customer acquisition or awareness marketing programs
A solid understanding of B2B marketing strategy content creation and omnichannel activations with a strong background in campaign development and execution

Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently with strong attention to detail and a focus on results

Impact Youll Make:
Work closely with internal marketing teams to understand marketing strategy objectives and campaign goals
Translate marketing and campaign plans into deliverables and timelines enter into marketing workflow system and manage campaign execution
Partner with marketing channel and analytics leads to understand campaign performance recommend improvements and compile campaign reports for Marketing Strategists/Marketing Managers using Eloqua PowerBI and Demandbase
Ensure the delivery and execution of campaigns according to plan in order to drive opportunities and pipeline
Provide communication to sales SDRs and other field teams so they are aware of the marketing campaigns and required follow up
Participate in planning sessions campaign kickoffs monthly and/or quarterly business reviews and other meetings as required
Manage the creation of list builds coordinate target account lists and work with internal team on dynamic audiences using relevant buying group information and buyer personas
Manage marketing campaign activities within budget guidelines and deadlines under the direction of Lead Marketing Business Partners and Marketing Managers

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as inperson at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
