Job Description

What is SIPPS
Slab in Place Processing (SIPPS) is an innovative process created by ProTex that moisture conditions foundationbearing soils to a specified depth. It eliminates the need to add additional days to the production schedule to recertify Pads before pouring a foundation; and provides Pad Certification for sites that require moisture to depths greater than 12 inches.

Your Role as a SIPPS Crew Member

  • Reports to the SIPPS Supervisor
  • Install maintain/repair and remove SIPPS systems at a residential construction site.
    • Components include Poly Pipe and a Back Flow connected to a water source.

Work Experience

  • No experience required We will train you!
  • Knowledge of standard practices materials and equipment is helpful.
    • Trenching shovel basic plumbing hand auger.
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with coworkers and supervisor.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to work outdoors during the day in the hot Arizona climate.

Physical Requirements

  • Balancing Stooping Kneeling Crouching Reaching Standing Walking Pushing Pulling Lifting Grasping Feeling Talking Hearing and Repetitive Motions.
  • Able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Must possess the visual acuity to operate equipment motor vehicles perform trades tasks inspect and review work for accuracy neatness and thoroughness.

Additional Requirements for Crew Member/Driver

  • To drive a ProTex company truck you must have Valid Arizona Drivers License and a clean driving record

Work Schedule:

Monday Friday 6:30 AM to 3 PM 40hrs/week (may start earlier for summer heat)
