Job Description

Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patientcentered medical homes medicationassisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental illness.

Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care including variety of programs throughout Arizona Oklahoma and District of Columbia. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patientcentered medical homes medicationassisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere nonprofit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cuttingedge nationally recognized evidencebased models.

Job Summary

The Community Liaison position will lead initiatives that support residential treatment and patient centered health home promotion. This role will focus on developing new opportunities including criminal justice partners for the purpose of enhancing our visibility in the community increasing responsiveness to CBI programs and promoting CBI. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop new stakeholder relationships and strengthen stakeholder enhance presence in the community. The responsibilities include community presentations proposal development on growth opportunities and represent Community Bridges Inc
conferences both in Arizona and nationally attending community events.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Masters degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or related
field required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in program development preferably within the
healthcare or treatment sector.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business
strategies.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience presenting at conferences and engaging with various audiences.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Passion for improving the lives of children and families.
