ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Solid computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and willing to expand on these abilities
- Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fastpaced highvolume call center environment
- Provide Customers with Product and Service Information
- Enter customer delivery orders for the delivery request; store closing and cage to be picked up; equipment issues etc.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Process New Customers
- Prepare New Customer Packets and prepare to be routed for Setting of Cages.
- Follow Up customer calls when necessary
- Maintain customer files (electronic and hard copy)
- Maintain adequate system knowledge (ARS).
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- 2 years of customer service or officebased work
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Courteous clients contact skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & general computer skills
- Must be able to read write understand and speak the English language
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and internal customers
- Consistently demonstrates cooperative teamoriented behavior
