Join a highly skilled dynamic group of APPs within our NonMalignant Hematology team at the Parnassus Campus at UCSF Health. Our Hematology Blood & Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies department is an acclaimed program that draws patients from around the world seeking effective and innovative therapies to treat their underlying blood disorders or blood cancers. The patient population you would be taking care of includes those patients that either have a nonmalignant hematology disorder who are currently hospitalized or you will be working up patients who are in the hospital who may have a new blood cancer.
In this position the NP would work in the inpatient setting as part of the NonMalignant Hematology Consult service. You will start out working Five(5) eight (8) hours days during the training with the opportunity to work four (4) ten (10)s after training if desired. You will work Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays required. Your responsibilities will include staffing the new consults with the attending and performing bone marrow biopsies as needed.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $100.48 $130.31 (Hourly Rate).

UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 6090 days but can vary.
