Schedule: 2nd shift Weekdays: 3 PM Midnight Monday through Thursday

What Youll Do:
As an Adult Family Home (AFH) Caregiver your role will be handson and incredibly rewarding! Youll be there to:
- Empower Residents: Help residents develop skills in independent living personal care and community integration.
- Be a Positive Role Model: Teach essential life skills such as cooking socializing and problemsolving all while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere.
- Participate in Fun Activities: Go on exciting community outings cook meals together and make sure everyone is engaged and having a good time!
- Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming and meal assistance.
- Use Your Crisis Management Skills: Apply the techniques you learn in training to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.

- No Experience No Problem! Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus but we will train the right candidateyou just need a positive attitude and a passion for helping others!
- A Valid Drivers License Youll be transporting residents to activities and outings.
