Comprehensive Pain Management practice in Multnomah County OR desires to hire an additional
Advanced Practice Provider. Our clinic is staffed with a balance of physicians PAs and ARNPs to
optimize patient care for both medication management and interventional pain procedures. In 2023
we saw approximately 400 new patients 3000 follow up visits and performed over 1000
procedures. We continue to grow steadily and perform procedures in a freestanding ASC 5 blocks
from the clinic.
We seek a wellbalanced provider who desires a private practice setting in a comprehensive pain
clinic. Our practice model is a competitive salary RVU bonus package with an incentive for extra
visits. The goal is to have new providers become a permanent member of our team and community.
Current strategic initiatives and ongoing investments by our practice will keep us on the leading edge

Educational Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program
Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination certification or Nurse Practitioner exam.
Must be current with continuing medical education requirements.
Occupational Experience/ Personal Attributes
The employee must be competent in the interpretation of a patients selfreport or behavior and this
information must be interpreted with an understanding of the cognitive physical emotional and
chronological effects of pain. The treatment of patients should be individualized and should reflect an
understanding of the developmental needs and range of treatment needs for each patient.
