Ask Me Anything is a new BBC Sport strand which helps us connect with our audiences.
It provides reactive content through the week online on social TV and radio as well as evergreen explainer content providing essential information to audiences.
We use a combination of editorial instinct trending searches and direct audience interaction to work out what we are making.
This might be content for search engines explainers on a wide range of subjects or helping build a sense of community on BBC Sport and answering audience questions.

We are looking for a senior journalist who can take our Ask Me Anything coverage to the next level.
You will be tasked with leading our Ask Me Anything content for BBC Sport driving on ideas overseeing output and line managing staff.
The Senior Journalist will assume responsibility for the editorial direction of Ask Me Anything at weekends and when the Assistant Editor is not available.
The Senior Journalist will be able to sub written content and oversee its publishing.
You will also sign guide and signoff the creation of video content for the BBC Sport website and social media.
Provide written and digital video content particularly focused on reactive and complex stories.
Work with teams on content ideas.
Variable shift patterns and weekend work will be a vital part of this role.
You will have substantial editorial and production experience. A strong understanding of what ondemand media our younger audiences consume be a team player with excellent communication skills and highly motivated and passionate with strong organisational skills. The right candidate will be collaborative in approach and thorough in delivery as well as working well under time pressure.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience in commissioning producing and subbing written content and overseeing a team.
A clear idea of how BBC Sport can deliver more for underserved audiences while also bringing larger audiences into the sport is vital. You should be ready to challenge us about what we cover and how we do it.
