We areseekinga strategic and driven Chief of Staff toshape the companys futureas the righthand person to our Clevel and oversee various operational and strategic initiatives.
The role can be located in Hamburg or Berlin (with 2 weeks per month in Hamburg).

Tasks
What youll do
- Work closely with our CEO and Clevelourinvestors as well as our senior advisors and partners.
- Lead and execute strategiccompanyplanning and lead correspondinginitiatives (e.g. entry into new geographies)
- Build and scale internal processesthat allow the company tomanage growthover the next yearswith a particular focus on oursalesmarketing and partnership organization.
- Ensure crossfunctional coordination of the different company departments such as sales operations and the technology office to deliveroncompany targets.
- Set up andmaintaininvestoras well as external company reporting
- Support the management in building strategic partnerships with technology leaders in the industry
- Shape the advisory board and investor communication
- Build effective internal communicationchannelshelping align teams around shared goals and strategic priorities
Requirements

- 23 years in a strategy consulting firm as head of office or similar role
- Strong background in working with or supportingteams in highgrowth or dynamic environments
- Multitasking: proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with discretion clarity and structure
- Executionmindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities;detailoriented but also sees the big picture
- A proactive adaptable mindset with a handson solutionsdriven approach
- High levelof integrity and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Nice to have
- Experience in the telecommunications software or tech industries
- Prior exposure to executive leadership teams or boardlevel reporting
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Background in consulting strategic planning or business transformation
- A degree in business strategy economics or a related field
