Technical Experience
Required:
- Must have 5 years of software development experience in backend
- Preferred: C# (CSharp) MVC
- Acceptable: Java Ruby or similar backend language
- MS SQL Postgres or any relational database
- Strong experience building and maintaining SaaS web applications
- Must have handson experience with at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS Azure GCP or similar
Backend Development
- Experience designing developing and optimizing backend services APIs and databases
- Strong understanding of scalability performance and security best practices
Preferred:
- Microservices Distributed systems
- Experience with Jenkins
- Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Familiarity with Terraform
Leadership & Communication
- Has proactively identified and fixed major system issues or bottlenecks
- Has mentored junior developers
- Has driven process improvements or architectural enhancements
- Can explain the business impact of their work
