About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is a key position requiring someone who is proactive emotionally intelligent and passionate about contributing to a purposeled business.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the inboxes and calendars of Managing Director ensuring schedules align with strategic and operational goals.
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas record minutes and follow up on action items.
Draft and format reports client and internal communications and other highlevel documentation.
Assist with planning and execution of internal events centre openings team days.
Arrange domestic travel and support brand communications including social media coordination.
Provide professional and friendly liaison with internal teams stakeholders and external partners.
35 years of experience in a highlevel support or Personal Assistant role.
A natural organiser with outstanding timemanagement skills.
Warm polished and confident able to represent the Mini Masterminds brand with care and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
Passionate about early childhood education and excited to support a growing organisation.
Previous experience in education or service based industries is a plus but not essential.
