Job Description
Miss Pearl Bar & Dining located at the Melbourne Theatre Company in Southbank is hiring a cook with a specialty in Asian cuisine to join our team. The kitchen produces an Asian inspired seasonal menu in a fastpaced setting giving our customers a memorable dining experience. The role also incorporates preparing dishes for a variety of functions and events taking place at the MTC.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Casual position
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality

- Tuesday Thursday Friday Evening shift
- Wednesday Saturday Day & evening shifts
- Hourly rate : Mon Fri $33.96 Sat $40.76 plus super
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in fastpaced restaurant or events environment
- Ensure food is served at agreed quality and speed of service
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for cooking and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen
- Valid Australian work rights
