Technical Writer Cybersecurity

Overview of the Role
Join a leading IT organization as a Cybersecurity Technical Writer where youll craft critical documentation that strengthens information security infrastructure. In this role youll leverage your expertise in technical writing and cybersecurity governance to develop comprehensive procedures playbooks and governance documentation that protect vital systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain cybersecurity governance documentation procedures and playbooks
Collaborate with Information Security teams to document complex security processes
Develop documentation using Quadient Inspire and related technologies
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Lead meetings and coordinate with crossfunctional stakeholders
Optimize document templates and workflows for maximum efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Technical Writing IT Cybersecurity or related field
10 years of experience in technical writing preferably in cybersecurity
Quadient Developer experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler Dynamic Communications and Interactive
Experience with XML JSON flat files and output formats (TNO PDF AFP)
Proficiency with API MQ SFTP for input file retrieval
Advanced skills in SharePoint Teams PowerPoint Visio and Excel
Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Java SQL Oracle Documaker Xpression or other CCM tools
Knowledge of Groovy Github and AWS cloud technologies
Experience in data governance frameworks
