Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
- 35 years of handson experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Handson experience with Cursor is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikitlearn TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Solid skills in data wrangling using Pandas NumPy and SQL.
- Indepth understanding of machine learning algorithms statistics and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with financial datasets and solving domainspecific challenges.
- Familiarity with model deployment frameworks (e.g. Docker Kubernetes FastAPI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop train and deploy ML models for fintech applications (credit scoring fraud detection customer analytics risk analysis).
- Clean preprocess and analyze large structured and unstructured financial datasets.
- Implement and optimize predictive models using supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Work closely with data engineers and product teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance handle data drift and retrain models as needed.
- Apply stateoftheart AI/ML research to drive innovative financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards in model design and data handling.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in AI/ML and fintech innovation.
