Restaurant Assistant Manager
Happy Day Corporation is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Manager. The successful applicant will be well versed in standard operating procedures for running a professional and highvolume fast/casual franchise restaurant and be an adept leader and communicator. This is for a restaurant in Lewiston Idaho.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

The successful applicant will be well versed in standard operating procedures for running a professional and highvolume fast/casual franchise restaurant and be an adept leader and communicator. This is for a restaurant in Lewiston Idaho.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Train assign and monitor staff for quality of work
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant
- Ensure all staff complies with all applicable health codes food prep and storage guidelines sanitation regulations and safety procedures
- Keep staff motivated and ontime for quality dining experiences
- Ensure all products served meet Happy Days high standards for quality
- Be conscious of costs inventory control waste reduction labor goals and maximization of profit
- Run reports through our software has knowledge and understanding of P&L statements and knowledge of scheduling and computer programs including: 7Shifts Jolt Toast etc.
- Ensure staff is trained knowledgeable and delivering excellent service
- Ability to communicate clearly effectively and respectfully with guests and other employees including regarding complaints
- A teamoriented approach and a calm demeanor during fastpaced timesensitive tasks
- Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to excellence!
This is a fulltime position wage DOE. - Willingness and ability to adhere to Happy Day standards of excellence
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Ability to effectively manage a large number of employees
- Resourceful creative and able to quickly formulate solutions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Computer literate and able to learn complex software programs
- Access to reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week). Ability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience required.
