We are currently seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager.

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers clients subcontractors resource providers and company employees involved in reconstruction services.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Project Initiation

  • Educate customers on reconstruction process.

Project Planning

  • Identify and document project scope of work.
  • Review estimates.
  • Review budgets.

Project Execution

  • Create project schedule and timeline.
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations.
  • Plan organize and manage crews and subcontractors.
  • Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of work.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience.
  • Compile and resolve punch list items.
  • Perform final walkthrough with customer.

Necessary Experience

  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Education Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

Formal /Training

  • High school diploma/GED
  • College Degree (Preferred)

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

  • Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: Starting at $70000/annually depending on experience

The pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.

Offers of employment are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
