Job Description
This role will work independently to maintain large datasets execute queries in order to analyze and trouble shoot results from novel epigenomeprofiling assays. Test standardize and implement analysis pipelines for sequencing and epigenomics analyses. Integrate genomics data with clinical metadata from largescale pediatric cancer studies. Provide training and mentorship to junior level staff.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science Math or Biological Sciences (e.g. Molecular Biology or Genetics) or related fieldAt least seven (7) years postdegree experience; including working with scientific computing languages (such as R Python) general programming languages (e.g. SQL Perl) and /or highperformance computing clusters (e.g. SUN Grid Engine).

Compensation Range
$71578.00 $107366.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
