Position Summary:
The Sales Assistant under the direction of the Sales Manager and in collaboration with the Director of Sales is responsible for supporting lead generation sales financial and health assessment tasks. This includes responding to lead inquiries conducting tours managing CRM databases move in communication and paperwork and coordinating sales events. The role is vital to delivering an outstanding resident experience while embodying Frasiers core values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall

Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Follow up on Leads: Respond promptly to prospective residents/early advantage program members addressing their questions and scheduling tours to engage them in the sales process.
- Conduct Tours: In collaboration with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales provide personalized tours of the facility highlighting Frasiers commitment to excellence in senior living.
- Maintain CRM Database: Keep records in the CRM system up to date ensuring accuracy and effective tracking of leads and prospects.
- Coordinate MoveIn Needs: Communicate the movein needs of prospective residents with relevant departments to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience.
Event Coordination & Marketing
- Coordinate Sales Events: Organize and support special sales events working closely with the Sales Manager and external marketing teams to increase awareness of Frasiers offerings.
- Manage Marketing Materials: Ensure that marketing materials are updated stocked and accurately reflect Frasiers brand and core values.
- Assist with External Marketing Efforts: Participate in external marketing campaigns to increase Frasiers visibility and reputation in the community.
- Organize Mailings: Coordinate important mailings such as The Mirror invitations annual reports and holiday cards to maintain communication with residents and prospects.
General Administrative Support
- Support the Sales Team: Provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales contributing to the efficient operation of the sales department.
- Assist with Documentation: Help with scanning and filing movein paperwork ensuring it is properly documented and easily accessible.
- Additional Duties: Complete other duties as assigned supporting the overall success of the sales team.
Work Hours & Flexibility
- Able to occasionally work evenings and weekends for special events scheduled facility tours and resident moveins.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an administrative sales or marketing capacity ideally in a senior living environment or with older adults is preferred.
- Advanced computer proficiency including MS Office and database management is preferred.
- Experience with document library and electronic signature software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Must successfully pass organizationrequired background screening.
- Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.40$24.25 per hour.

- FullTime (32 hours/week) Team Members are eligible for all benefits listed below.
