An exciting aspect of this position is the opportunity for travel. We require the ability to travel 100% of the time with travel back home on the weekends at least 80% of the time. The Typical DaytoDay:

With your background in telecommunications central offices or data centers youll tackle a diverse array of tasks. This includes installing or removing common systems such as optical transport digital switches or power infrastructure within central offices. Youll also handle cablerelated duties like running pulling terminating and labeling various cables including fiber optics Ethernet and smaller power cables. Experience in equipment procurement and a knack for understanding technical publications and industry standards will be essential for success in this role.

To excel at NCT youll need:

• 1.5 years of experience with central offices or data centers
• Proficiency with computers
• Basic math skills
• Ability to supply minor personal tools (major tooling and test gear provided by NCT)
• Willingness to transport personal and companyprovided tools and equipment safely and securely
• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full motor movement of arms hands fingers and legs
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit stand kneel and squat for long periods
• Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with building ironwork and ladder racking
