Job Description

CEU San Pablo University is looking for an Associate Professor of Fundamentals of Business Management to join the Department of Business Management during the first semester of the next academic year 2025/2026.

Subject to be taught:

  • Fundamentals of Business Management

Education and Training:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar degree within the business field.

  • Other degrees (postgraduate studies or courses) within the area of knowledge of business organizations.

Languages:

  • High level of English (C1) is required. The subject will be taught in English.

Professional teaching and research experience:

  • Professional experience applicable to the subject to be taught

  • Teaching experience will be positively valued

Competences and skills:

  • Communication skills oral and written.

  • Ability to generate impact and motivate students.

  • Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital media application of different teaching methodologies).

  • High emotional intelligence: selfmotivation empathy and influence.

  • Involvement and commitment.
