Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Burlingame CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from postsurgical cases to nonoperative conditions to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians and therapists. *Minimum 1 yr exp in Hand Therapy and splinting experience Required*
Compensation:
- Salary Range starting at: $100000.00 up to $130000.00
- Up to $20000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- RelationshipBuilding: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and postop orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
