Job Description

Due to the nature of Bright Horizons operations particularly within ecommerce the Organization is susceptible to fraud activity. Reporting to the Director Fraud Prevention the Fraud Analyst purpose is to work on the Fraud Prevention Team in a global capacity in efforts to mitigate the Organizations risk of fraud. This position will provide review and analysis of activity trends patterns schemes; utilize fraud solutions and technology for prevention and investigative means. The Fraud Analyst will organize data and provide metrics and reports to Management.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate any fraud or suspicious conduct/activity as detected or assigned.

  • Utilize fraud solutions employ prevention and detection strategies.

  • Analyze fraud behavior and emerging methodologies for potential solutions / recommendations.

  • Work on strategic initiates and projects in line with Fraud Prevention efforts.

  • Prepare reports and deliver findings as necessary on investigations activity and trends.

  • Maintain and collect data for Department metrics.

  • Communicate with Law Enforcement and testify in court as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with emphasis in Criminal Justice Finance or Accounting required.

  • At least 5 years of experience investing fraud activity with at least 3 years of experience investigating organized fraud activity; at least 3 years of experience with ecommerce and online fraud required.

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.

  • Global experience preferred. Knowledge of PII PCI GDPR Rules and Regulations preferred.

  • Excellent communication and computer skills required. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications required.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Experience using online fraud solutions and skip tracing tools preferred.

  • Up to 5% travel required.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors
