Job Description:
The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for aProgram Integratorat ourMissile Solutions Sector headquarters located inHuntsville Alabama. This role will support theMissile Solutions sector leadership team with the development and implementation of initiatives to further the business imperatives and align the team through Sector Segment and Corporate reviews. Responsible for ensuring our commitment and outcomes for our key metrics to include customer satisfaction employee fulfillment financial performance ontime delivery firsttime quality safety and continuous improvement. Work across and partner with our program portfolio leaders as well as our functional leaders in Missile Solutions to drive excellence in the achievement of our goals.
Essential Functions:
Establish Sector battle rhythm & manage Segment flowdowns 306090 look ahead. Run Sector LT staff meetings and compile weekly MS report.
Track and develop solutions/prepare responses to internal and external actions items.
Schedule and execute CAPEX IRAD capture reviews program IPP audits and CEAC program reviews.
Align Sector objectives with Program Management Excellence (PMX) support.
Facilitate strategic initiatives & operate as key thought partner for MS Leadership team. Engage in special projects synthesizing data as needed.
Upkeep Sector and PMX SharePoints maintaining data.
Prepare charts for CHQ Segment & Sector level meetings (e.g. Rocket Assembly All Teams).
Oversee Tier 34 program reviews.
Assist in policy updates.
Travel up to 10% to other L3Harris sites.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and minimum 9years of prior program scheduling program management or finance experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7years of prior program scheduling program management or finance experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 13years of prior program scheduling program management or finance experience.
4 years successfully leading cross functional teams through various stages of programs or projects.
2 years earned value management (EVM) or business management experience.
2 years experience supporting a manufacturing/operations intensive program or experience in arelatedenvironment.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Ability to manage large complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction.
Ability to work under minimal oversight or direction guided by organizational and individual annual goals/objectives.
Ability to influence through collaboration and subject matter expertise.
Must be able to act with confidentiality and integrity with sensitive data.
High initiative with the ability to analyze evaluate and develop solutions to problems with minimum supervision.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Adaptable to change.
