Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a highvolume book of business and deliver toptier client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business providing daytoday servicing and addressing client needs.
- Work closely with producers to respond to client inquiries claims and policy concerns.
- Build and update portals for online appointments through Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
- Prepare for open enrollment and shop ancillary lines to meet client needs.
- Fully manageaccounts ensuring smooth administration and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 58 years of experience in employee benefits with expertise in managing large groups preferred (15000 lives).
- Proven track record in account management and client servicing.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic or other agency management systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple client needs.
