RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient

Location: Crookston Hospital
Schedule: Fulltime (Days and/or Nights)
Scheduled hours: 72 hours per payperiod

Pay Range: $36.73 $51.43/(hourly) DOE. Non exempt subject to OT

River View Health has an opening for a Register Nurse for the HospitalInpatient Unit. This position would cover shifts between (6am6pm) and supports all Riverview Health patient care areas.

• Direct Patient Care Develops and implements care plans based on patient condition and medical protocols. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.

• Documentation and Reporting Accurately document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Communication and Collaboration Communicate effectively with physicians advanced practice providers and other healthcare team members. Provide patient education on care plans discharge instructions and medications.
• Patient Advocacy and Safety Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.

Minimum(s):

• Current State of Minnesota RN license.
• Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not currently certified training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months of date of hire.
• Current American Heart ACLS certification is required. If not ACLS certified we will train within the first year.

Preferred(s):

• ICU ER Medical Surgical or OB experience.
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• 5 years of Hospital Inpatient experience
