Designing digital learning programs for Moodys employees to enhance their business skills and capabilities
Working with instructional designers to understand storyboards and develop elearning content based on established elearning development processes.
Designing learning assets in line with the project scope using digital tools and templates
Developing training material associated with the project such as instructor guides participant guides handson activities handouts diagrams and pictures job aids and selfstudy material
RESPONSIBILITIES.
CONTENT CREATION AND DESIGN
Design and create engaging interactive and effective elearning courses modules and resources by applying instructional design theories.
Use authoring tools Storyline 360 and video editing tools like Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects and designing tools like Canva Adobe Illustrator etc. to incorporate various multimedia elements such as videos graphics animations and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
Follow the detailed storyboards and scripts for elearning content align with the learning objectives and ensure clarity and instructional effectiveness.
Use AI tools like Synthesia and Natural Readers for image/video/voiceover generation.
Create assessments quizzes and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of elearning modules and ensure learning objectives are met.
COLLABORATION AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Work closely with clients subject matter experts (SMEs) instructional designers and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.
Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve elearning content.
Manage multiple elearning projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Work together with team lead and members to innovate introduce and implement innovative learning solutions such as gamification virtual reality (VR) augmented reality (AR) and adaptive learning technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with the team members to develop cohesive and highquality elearning content.
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in elearning to continuously enhance the companys training offerings

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Fulltime Graduation in any stream
Certification/Diploma/Degree in ELearning Design/Instructional design Domain
Design certifications are recommended
25 years of experience in developing elearning content such as :
Application simulations
Web Based training
Videobased learning
Job Aid
Quick Reference cards
Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills
Adept at visualizing the content and collaborating with the instructional designers and technical team members and also advanced attention to detail to develop the end product within the given timelines
Located in Bangalore
Willing to come to the office (in Bangalore) at least twice a week
A flexible work style and ability to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods
