This is your chance to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working after a thorough training period. As a Customer Service Advisor (Fleet) youll be the goto person for our customers when their vehicles need TLC or a helping hand during a breakdown.
Were offering a permanent position with a starting salary of 26000 per year.
What Will You Be Doing
- Making a difference by taking calls from customers who need help with their company vehicleswhether its organizing a service arranging maintenance or handling a breakdown.
- Coordinating with suppliers to book services repairs and recovery vehiclescourtesy vehicles or rental vehicles no two days are the same!
- Providing toptier customer service by keeping everyone updated on progress and handling any issues with a smile.
- Being a team player by stepping up to support the Driver Support Team and assisting with adhoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What Are We Looking For
- 1 years of customer service experience in a call or contact centre environment (we love that you can handle the pressure!).
- Someone who thrives in a fastpaced targetdriven environmentdeadlines and KPIs dont make you panic.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the motor industry but its not a dealbreaker!
